There’s a Coquí in My Shoe! is a theatrical adaption of the Award-Winning Children’s book written by Marissa de Jesús Paolicelli. There’s a Coquí in My Shoe! is a distinctive and delightful story celebrating Puerto Rico’s national treasure, the Coquí. It splendidly captures, the vibrant colors and culture for the island.

September 21st – October 13th, 2018

Carlito the Coquí has lost his way from the rainforest. With the help of Armando, his new friend, Carlito’s adventures highlights Puerto Rico’s rich heritage. There’s a Coquí in My Shoe! is full of yummy tastes, bright colors and dramatic sounds, and Puerto Rico’s cultural importance is described in each scene and places mentioned such as El Morro, El Yunque National Rainforest, Old San Juan, Casa Rosa and white sandy beaches.
